Biblica’s Advancement Team was planning the organization’s first-ever major donor weekend to generate support for their work. This President’s Gathering was an invite-only, multi-day, white glove event hosting more than 30 high-net-worth couples from around the United States. 

For Biblica, this was the first event of its kind, which meant the project team would be working without any established processes or procedures. The success of the event depended on the team’s ability to juggle the high-caliber nature of the event with the complex programming, detailed guest logistics, and overnight accommodations all while ensuring COVID-19 safety protocols were in place.

The project team was newer, with no experience hosting such an event. For team members to focus on decision-making, team cohesion, and donor cultivation and communication, they knew they needed the help of a project delivery expert to achieve the desired outcomes for this unprecedented event.
